Please note prepaid freight includes shipping costs only and does not include any additional services requested by the customer. Additional services carry additional costs which are not the responsibility of Safe n Simple and these costs can vary dependent upon the carrier.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Payment Terms
Safe n Simple will expect payment for their products within the following terms; 30 days upon receipt of product. Any delay in payment must be communicated in writing to Safe n Simple’s accounts receivable department. Accounts with an open balance past 30 days will accrue a 1.5% finance charge per month on the past due balance. Please mail payments to Safe n Simple, 8112 Rosebud Lane, Clarkston, MI 48348. Safe n Simple also accepts the following: Visa and Master Card, however there will be a 3.75% surcharge for all credit card transactions. Safe n Simple reserves the right to discontinue this agreement if distributor fails to remain in good financial standing and adhere to the agreed upon payment terms.

2. Product Description and Pricing
Please contact your sales representative for current product listing and pricing. Special Pricing maybe available for under certain situations, again please contact sales representative.

3. Return Policy
No credit will be issued without a prior return good authorization (RGA) number. If Safe n Simple makes an error, we will issue 100% credit to our distributor or re-ship, determined by the distributor. No credit will be given to cases that have been opened, damaged, broken or written on, unless otherwise agreed to. Distributor is responsible for freight charges required to return product to Safe n Simple’s warehouse, 5827 Terex, Clarkston, MI 48346. There is a 20% restocking fee that Safe n Simple will charge the distributor for all accepted returns unless other arrangements have been made.
Due to regulatory and industry standards, we cannot accept any product returns that have been delivered to a patient's home.

4. Ordering & Delivery Policy
All orders will be shipped FOB Clarkston, MI. to designated distributor locations unless other arrangements have been agreed to. All shipments will be sent by the preferred ground carrier of Safe n Simple. All orders must be in case quantities, cases will not be broken. Freight charges will be waived at agreed to order level. Any order that requires any variation from our standard shipping procedures, such as next day or send day delivery will be paid for by customer.

5. Distribution & Pricing Agreement
Customer hereby agrees to the pricing agreement that has been set in place by Safe n Simple or a corresponding account represented. Furthermore, if the customer does not comply to the tier minimums, Safe n Simple reserves the right to notify customer of failure to meet requested tier and prices could be subject to change. Customer agrees that the distribution agreement is accurate based on either a billing party platform or straight distribution agreement.

6. Terms of Agreement
This Agreement will remain valid unless terminated, changed, or modified by either party with thirty day (30) written notice. Signing below, the customer, vendor, or interested party agrees to all conditions stated above.
